Terms & Conditions

The agreement between you and Checkmate Technologies (Pvt) Ltd for using Jannah Streaks. Please read it, it is short.

Last updated: 29 October 2026

1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using Jannah Streaks (the mobile app, the web app at jannahstreaks.com/app and this website, together “the service”), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. The service is provided by Checkmate Technologies (Pvt) Ltd (“we”, “us”).

2. The service

Jannah Streaks helps you keep your daily prayers and dhikr: prayer times, streaks, Qada, Qasr while travelling, post-prayer adhkar, a Qibla compass, the Qur’an and Hadith, dhikr and Namaz groups with chat, a private cycle tracker, notifications and Jannah coins. It is free to use and supported by ads. We may add, change or remove features at any time.

3. Accounts

  • You need a verified email address to create an account. Give accurate information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
  • You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live. People under 18 should use the service with a parent’s knowledge, and children without an email address can only join through a parent (section 4).
  • One person, one account. Do not pretend to be someone else, and do not sell, share or transfer your account.
  • Usernames that are offensive, misleading or impersonate others may be changed or removed.

4. Children and family accounts

  • A child without an email address can ask to join using a parent’s email address. By approving, the parent confirms they are the child’s parent or legal guardian, agrees to these terms for the child and is responsible for the child’s use of the service.
  • Child accounts cannot search for people, make friends, join groups or chat, and see no ads. A parent can reset the child’s password, pause the account or ask for it to be deleted at any time.
  • Please only approve requests from children you know. If you do not recognise a request, decline it.

5. How to behave

The service has friends and group chat, so we expect respect. You agree not to:

  • harass, threaten, shame, bully or abuse others, or post hateful, sexual, violent or unlawful content;
  • spam, advertise, scam or mislead people, or share other people’s private information;
  • try to find, contact or befriend children, or to get around the protections on child accounts;
  • cheat to gain points, streaks or coins, for example with scripts, bots, fake accounts, or by exploiting a fault (please report faults to us instead);
  • attack, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service, or access data that is not yours;
  • use the service for anything illegal.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post (such as chat messages, group names and dhikr phrases). You give us permission to store, display and deliver it as needed to run the service, for example showing a message to the members of your group. You are responsible for your content and promise you have the right to post it. We may remove content or take action on accounts that break these terms, and we may be required to share content with authorities by law.

7. Religious and health information

Jannah Streaks is a helper, not a scholar or a doctor.
  • Religious information. Prayer times, the Qibla direction, rulings in the app (for example on Qasr or Qada) and the daily dua or ayah are provided for convenience. Times come from standard calculation methods and may differ slightly from your local mosque or authority; choose the method and madhab that match your practice, and follow your local scholar’s guidance. The app is not a fatwa. Qur’an and Hadith text comes from third-party sources and, although we take care, may contain errors; please report them to us.
  • Cycle tracker. The cycle tracker, its predictions and its Salah pause are for personal tracking and are not medical advice. Predictions are estimates. Please see a qualified health professional for any health concern.
  • Please do not rely on the app alone for something where a mistake would matter, such as making sure you have prayed.

8. Jannah points and coins

  • Jannah points are earned by using the app. 100 points can be turned into 1 Jannah coin. You can also earn 2 coins by watching a rewarded video, up to a daily limit.
  • Coins are spent on larger groups (a group holds 5 people for free; coins raise that limit) and on public groups. The prices and limits shown in the app apply, and we may change them for the future.
  • Points and coins are virtual items for use inside the service only. They have no cash value, cannot be sold, exchanged, refunded or transferred, and are not property or money. They are lost when an account is deleted or closed. We may adjust balances to correct errors or abuse.
  • We may in the future offer ways to buy coins; if so, separate purchase terms and your store’s rules will apply.

9. Ads

The free service shows ads, including optional rewarded videos. We do not control or endorse the advertisers. Ads are provided by Google AdMob and are limited to content suitable for all audiences; how ads use your data is explained in the Privacy Policy. Children see no ads. Do not try to interfere with or artificially trigger ads.

10. Other services

The service relies on others, such as Google (notifications, crash reports, ads), our email provider, a hosting provider and sources for Qur’an and Hadith text. They may be unavailable or change, and their own terms apply to what they provide. Links to other sites are not our responsibility.

11. Our rights

The service, including its design, software, logo, characters, texts and compilation, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may use it personally under these terms, but you may not copy, modify, resell or create products from it. The Qur’an and Hadith belong to no one; the way we present them does.

12. Ending your use

  • You can stop at any time and delete your account.
  • We may warn, limit, pause or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk or that we are required to close, and we may stop the service or parts of it. Where reasonable we will tell you why.
  • Sections that by their nature should continue (such as 6, 11, 13, 14 and 16) continue after the account ends.

13. No guarantees

We work hard to make the service reliable, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that it will always work, be error-free, be secure against every threat, or that notifications and prayer reminders will always arrive on time (they depend on your phone, settings and network). Please do not depend on it as your only reminder.

14. Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, lost streaks, points or coins, or for anything caused by events beyond our control, and our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the previous 12 months (which for a free service is nothing). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or removes rights you have as a consumer.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will update the date above and tell you in the app or by email before it applies where the law requires. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, you accept it.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Checkmate Technologies (Pvt) Ltd is registered, and its courts have jurisdiction, except where the law of the country you live in gives you the right to use your local courts or protects you in other ways that cannot be changed by contract.

17. Contact

Questions about these terms: contact Checkmate Technologies (Pvt) Ltd through checkmatetechnologies.net, mentioning “Jannah Streaks”.
